Individual Therapy

I provide weekly 50-minute tele-therapy sessions via HIPAA compliant video. This means you will be able to meet with me from the comfort of your own home or any other location where you can maintain a sense of privacy and confidentiality. I am based in Los Angeles but can provide online therapy services to residents anywhere in California including the greater Los Angeles Area, San Diego and San Francisco Bay Area. Learn more.

Getting started.

If you’ve made it here, you’re probably feeling pretty overwhelmed and thinking about making a change. You may be feeling hesitant if this is your first time attending therapy and that’s totally normal! Please keep in mind that there are no quick fixes in therapy and you are going to have to be willing to put in the work.

Therapy only works if you do.

  • Step 1: Fill out the inquiry form & I will contact you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.

    Step 2: During the consultation call, we will briefly discuss your presenting issues, goals for therapy, schedule/availability, my fees and any questions you may have.

    Step 3: If we decide to move forward with beginning treatment, you will receive an invitation to join my EHR system, Simple Practice. This is where all intake documents will be signed, payments will be processed and video sessions will occur.

    Step 4: Complete and sign all documents before the first scheduled intake appointment.

    Step 5: Intake session: Presenting problem, and further background information will be gathered in order for me to gain a better understanding of how to formulate treatment. This may take up to 3 sessions. We will then discuss your treatment goals and periodically check-in/revise.

There is no set amount of treatment sessions that can be recommended as treatment lengths vary from person to person depending on individual needs, circumstances, coping, trauma history etc. Together, we will discuss your session frequency, taking into consideration your progress, availability and financial situation.
